1. Who are Luxe&Co Events and what do you do?

Luxe&Co Events acts as an intermediary between clients and trusted subcontractors to deliver exceptional event services throughout the UK.

Our work includes:

Event planning, management and coordination

Vendor and supplier sourcing (e.g. caterers, entertainers, venues)

On-site event delivery and logistics

Consultancy and administrative support relating to event organisation

2. How do bookings and deposits work?

Wet Hire Bookings / Dry Hire Bookings / Base Hire Bookings

A non-refundable deposit of 50 per cent of the total booking value is required to secure your date.

Bookings are confirmed only once the deposit and written confirmation have been received.

A refundable

£250 security deposit will be added to your total balance and returned after the event, subject to inspection.

The final balance must be paid no later than 7 days before the event, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Add-Ons

Bookings are confirmed only once the non-refundable deposit and written confirmation have been received.

3. What happens if I need to cancel my booking?

More than 14 days before the event: The deposit is non-refundable, no further charges will apply.

Less than 14 days before the event: Up to 100 per cent of the total booking fee may be charged, depending on costs already incurred.

All cancellations must be made in writing and acknowledged by Luxe&Co Events.

Postponements may be possible, subject to availability, but the original deposit remains non-refundable.

4. Are refunds available if I cancel?

Refunds depend on when you cancel:

Booking deposits are non-refundable.

If you cancel within 14 days of the event, charges may apply up to the full booking amount.

5. What are the payment terms?

Final payment is due 7 days before the event date.

Late or missed payments may result in cancellation without refund.

We accept bank transfer, debit/credit card, or other methods as agreed in writing.

6. Is Luxe&Co Events responsible for subcontractors?

Luxe&Co Events acts purely as an intermediary. While we carefully select reputable suppliers, we cannot be held liable for:

Subcontractor performance or delivery issues

Damage to property during an event

Food-related illness or incidents, unless caused by proven negligence on our part

Clients should ensure they have appropriate public liability insurance where required.

7. How does Luxe&Co Events protect my personal data?

We comply fully with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.

We collect and process personal data only for legitimate business purposes, such as:

Managing event bookings and communications

Coordinating with vendors and subcontractors

Fulfilling legal, financial and record-keeping obligations

Your rights under UK law include:

Accessing, correcting or deleting your data

Objecting to or restricting certain processing

Withdrawing consent (for example, marketing emails)

Lodging a complaint with the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) if you believe your data rights have been breached

We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to keep your data secure.

8. Do you share my data with anyone?

Yes – but only when necessary to deliver your event.

We may share relevant information with approved third-party subcontractors such as caterers, entertainers or venues.

All third parties are required to process your data securely and in accordance with UK GDPR.

9. Do you use cookies on your website?

Yes. Our website uses cookies to:

10. Which laws apply to my agreement with Luxe&Co Events?

All contracts and services are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.
